4. Payments
Cheques
We accept cheques in £ sterling drawn on a UK bank and made payable to 'Lawtext Publishing Limited', or payments in US$ or euros. 
Cards
We also accept payment by MasterCard, VISA and AMEX. If you wish to pay by bank transfer please contact us and we will send you our bank details.

5.  Conditions of sale
5.1  All sales are subject to the rights and terms set out in The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.  14 day period to change your mind. 
5.2  Sales      individuals defined as private subscribers   institutional sales – defined as schools, universities, libraries, public bodies, organisations and  commercial enterprise.
5.3  The Publisher reserves the right to make changes to prices and specifications

6. Booksellers and Subscription Agents
We welcome sales generated by booksellers and subscription agents, to receive title information, annual price lists and details of our agent and bookshop discount rates please contact us.
Marketing
We welcome any suggestions for collaborative marketing of our titles in all jurisdictions, please contact our sales department for further details
Annual price information
We send out our annual subscription price details for the forthcoming year in July of each year, please contact us to be added to the mailing list.
Claims and changes of address
Claims for missing issues should be sent in within six months of the issue date - when emailing us please provide details of your order number and the subscribers postal address. Changes of address can be notified by email provided that you supply all the relevant information - title, customers name, order number etc.
